If you have seen episode 1 of the 19th season of Top Gear, then you would know that the Pagani Huayra absolutely demolished the lap record which sparked some inquisition from petrol heads around the world. Well they have now admitted that they used different tyres for the Top Gear test. While Hammond was testing the car, the car was using the Pirelli P-Zero Corsa tyres which come standard on the Huayra but on the power lap, they changed to ones that were made for the Zonda R aka “Trofeo” which are basically slicks. I feel this is an unfair advantage and that the Huayra must come back and do another power lap with the standard road-going tyres.
