Bieber has had a few issues in his life and with his cars lately. Previously he was very annoyed with the paparazzi in his 458 Italia and now he has recently been involved in a hit and run as he left the Sunset Boulevard comedy club. The video below is unclear whether he intentionally gave him a little bump or the celeb snapper made sure he got tapped to got some sort of compensation.
