VW Citi Golf Crashes Off Cliff into Someone’s Backyard in Cape Town

Kloof road in Clifton, Cape Town, is a very windy stretch of road and one should be extremely careful when navigating this section. A female believed to be in her early thirties suffered moderate injuries when her Citi Golf plummeted down a 150 m cliff face and landed in a residence backyard this morning. She managed to climb out the car but then emergency services arrived and suspected she had neck and back injuries so was taken to hospital. The recovery of this car would have been rather interesting… This reminds me about the Jaguar that crashed off cliff in Bakoven not to long ago!

UPDATE: The driver was intoxicated and the car was cut into smaller pieces for removal.
