Now this has got to suck… a lot! A Swedish driver is facing a record-breaking £650 000 speeding ticket after being caught doing 197mph (315km/h) in Switzerland. In Switzerland, speeding fines are calculated by taking into account the speed obviously and the income of the driver. This is £2166 a day for 300 days. He could buy 4 SLS AMG’s with the money he might have to cough up for speeding and had he been caught by more camera’s this would have increased even more. Can you imagine paying this amount of money for a speeding fine?? Ouch!
