This makes no sense to me. The market is begging for a pumped up GT 86 or even the convertible version and what is their answer? To give the green light for production of the GT 86 Sedan? According to Auto Express, the wheelbase will be longer by 100mm and apart from adding two doors, we could see a slightly re-designed front grille. It will have the same 2.0-litre engine producing 200 hp (which is not enough) BUT there could be a Hybrid R version on the way which will have around 270 hp with a better fuel efficiency.
