Nothing grates me more than people slowing down to look at accidents but it is human nature to see what happened so we have to just get used to it. The scary thing with this video is that a bus and the car with the dashcam stopped to help a car that had just rolled off the highway in Russia when another massive impact takes place after a spectator slowed down far too much to have a look.
