Yellow Gumpert Apollo Crashed Heavily in Germany

It has been a while since we have seen a Gumpert in the news and once again it is not good news. This yellow Gumpert Apollo saw its demise in Knetzgau, Germany, but luckily the 49 year old driver walked away with minor injuries and some whiplash. Reports state that the driver lost control of the car when trying to overtake a slower car. The car seems to have come loose on the road before sliding off and wrecking itself. Seeing as Gumpert is in liquidation, this repair process (if it ever happens), will be a long and expensive one. To be honest, I think this car will be dumped at the scrap yard. Sad to see such an epic car in this state!
