After getting a leaked image the other day, we are given the whole collection of official launch pictures of the seriously fast new Sportback from Jaguar. The XFR-S Sportbrake is packing a lovely 5.0-litre supercharged V8 that is capable of delivering a hefty 550 horses. This will accelerate the wagon to 100 km/h in just 4.6 seconds which makes it only 0.2 seconds slower than the sedan. All power goes to the rear wheels via Jag’s Quickshift feature which should make the acceleration quite a ride! Pricing for South Africa is not known yet but I would think it would be around the R1.5 million mark. Little bit steep for a wagon in my opinion but then again this thing will sound like thunder! I am sure the kids would love to be collected by this every day!
