Porsche 911 GT3 RS Will Get At Least 500 Horsepower

A ‘well-placed source’ has confirmed that there will be a bigger difference between the new 911 GT3 and its more hardcore GT3 RS variant compared to the previous model. The car is currently testing with a 475 hp GT3 engine but it is expected to push at least 500 horses. This will make it more potent than the insanely potent GT3 RS 4.0 which has 493 hp. In addition to the horsepower gain, it will receive uprated suspension, and wheels and tyres from the 918 Spyder. Initial estimates for the performance figures indicate a 0 to 100 km/h sprint in the 3.2 seconds region. This is one exciting car, I just hope it doesn’t spontaneously combust like some of the new 991 GT3’s have done.
