Just the other day we saw pictures of the Koenigsegg Agera R ‘Development Car’ lapping the Nurburgring and now these images seem to show one of their cars having had a pretty hefty incident on the track (different wheels so assuming different car). The driver lost control on the first corner for an unknown reason and slammed into the barriers. Judging by the damage to the front and side and rear of the car, I am guessing the car was spinning at the time of impact. The driver was transported away in an ambulance and I hope the injuries are not severe. Doubt this car will ever see the track again with that amount of damage.
