Last weekend was the end of a Crystal White BMW i8 on the German Autobahn as it was involved in a heavy collision with an Audi A3. Another driver unexpectedly came from the right lane to overtake a third vehicle and the driver of the BMW i8 could not brake in time and crashed into the rear of the Audi A3, which then spun in the opposite guardrail. The i8 has very considerable damage and is likely to be written off. A person in the rar of the i8 was slightly injured but otherwise no other injuries which is lucky.
