What a shootout this was by EVO magazine. They put the best of the best against each other in a good old drag race. I must be honest I was pleasantly surprised with the results. Have a look for yourself and see what I thought of it once you click read more.
I could not believe how staggeringly quick the McLaren was in this race. Off the line it was lightning and managed to hold it off to the win. It really showed the lack of horsepower of the 458. That Noble was coming at one hell of a pace and as the commentry says, it would 100% have taken it if the race were slightly longer. The 911 Turbo has a monster acceleration with its launch control and 4 wheel drive but when it gets to the higher speeds, the 4 wheel drive really bogs it down. Still an awesome car. I thought the exhaust note of the Ferrari still sounds the best! I want one of each of these…
