Are we seeing McLaren’s next move to scout up and coming talent? Lewis Hamilton was after all found this way. Lewis went up to Ron Denis as a young boy and said that he wanted to drive for him one day, this came true and he won the championship the following season. Young Nathan Aston has just signed an absolute dream deal with McLaren that any boy racer would die for. He has recently won the Formula Kart Stars Championship and is only 13 years old. Ferrari signed a similar deal with Lance Stroll (Canadian Kart Champ). Are McLaren already looking to replace Lewis? Can we expect to see Lance and Nathan dicing it out in monster F1 cars in a few years time? Only time will tell…
