This does not come as a surprise to me due to the increasing pressure for reduced emission and consumption requirements. The Ferrari’s of the near future will apparently feature turbocharged engines. For the purists out there, this really should not be a huge surprise because we have already seen a prototype for the next-gen California reportedly sporting a turbocharged engine. Ferrari are no stranger when it comes to turbocharging their cars. Just look at the bonkers Ferrari F40 if you are worried about this and remember that this is quite possibly one of the best supercars of all time. Seeing as the F1 world is heading from the V8 to the six-cylinder turbocharged engines I am sure some of this technology will be used when developing the future Fezza’s.
