Some of you would have heard about the unfortunate incident that took place at Kyalami racetrack a few weeks back and some of you would have seen the pictures of the results of this incident but I have just been sent the footage showing the incident in full and it hurts to watch.
As you can see, the driver runs slightly wide (possibly due to cold tyres) which causes the Speciale to clip the dirt and the driver loses control. The impact is fairly heavy and although the rear of the car would have remained undamaged, this is still likely to cost in excess of R1.5 million to repair.
