When AutoExpress spoke to Porsche R&D boss, Wolfgang Hatz, at the Detroit Motor Show, he confirmed that the upcoming GT3 RS will be getting a completely new engine which will work its way into other models too. He also said the car will be PDK only to begin with but a manual has not been ruled out in the long term. Hatz also hinted that the gap between the GT3 and the GT3 RS will be much bigger than the previous generation! Cannot wait for this thing to launch officially.
