Carmagazine.co.uk are reporting that Audi have already confirmed the lesser Audi R8 will get a 2.9-litre turbocharged V6. I am not so sure about this call but to make things a little bit better, the V6 will get two turbos to help generate around 450 horses which actually makes it significantly more powerful than the original 414 hp V8. Audi recently said that it is still some time from launch so I would guess the time frame to be around 3 years.
