The rumors have been flying around about a crazy Hellcat powered Jeep Grand Cherokee and it has officially been confirmed by Jeep chief executive, Mike Manley. During the interview, Manley was asked if the 6.2-liter supercharged Hellcat V8 could be installed into the Grand Cherokee. He responded, “not only can I put a Hellcat motor in [a Grand Cherokee] for you, I’m going to bring that to market by the end of 2017.” Since it will have 707 horses to play with it may out accelerate both the Charger SRT Hellcar and Challanger SRT Hellcat thanks to AWD. If rumors about the 0 to 100 km/h sprint time are correct (3.6 seconds), it will become the world’s fastest accelerating SUV.
