Lexus has just unveiled their sportiest car since the brilliant LFA and it is quite something. There is no denying that this model, the LC500, is simply a production version of the awesome looking LF-LC concept we saw a few years back but it is showing off a much more straightforward design, complying to real world usage. Lexus used lightweight high-strength steel in the platform along with special braces in the engine compartment to come up with the stiffest unibody to date, surpassing the LFA’s carbon chassis. What is under the hood you may ask? Well it is a 5.0-litre V8 which is good for 467 hp, 527 Nm of torque and a sprint to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds. We know the car will sound fantastic but will it be a real driver’s car? We will have to wait and see.
