McLaren 570GT by MSO Concept Is Not Really A Concept

The McLaren 570GT by MSO Concept has been revealed ahead of its official debut at Pebble Beach and as you guessed, its based on the regular 570GT. It has been created by the McLaren Special Operations (MSO) division to show what they can offer customers who want something a little more special.

Chages are pretty much all cosmetic but one of the cooler features it includes is a roof than can adjust the brightness of the cabin. It is called an Electro-Chromic Roof and what is does is it adds another layer to the regular glass roof capable of going from clear to dark to regulate the amount of light let into the cabin.

The Concept also includes a MSO exhaust which is 30% lighter than the stainless steel unit it replaces and McLaren says it delivers a better soundtrack too. So apart from the special roof which is still under final stages of development, it is not really a concept as everything else you see on this car can be included in your spec.
