Apparently early yesterday morning (4th August), Rowan Atkinson aka Mr Bean had an accident in his McLaren F1. It was believed that he lost control of the car and spun out before hitting a tree and then a sign post. The car came to rest on the edge of the highway and then caught fire. Witnesses said that Mr. Atkinson “is lucky to be alive”. So we can assume that the crash was rather intense. This is the 2nd crash he has had in this seriously high powered hypercar as he put it into the back of a Rover Metro in 1999. I believe he has a minor shoulder injury.
