I was wondering when this would happen and boy am I glad it has happened! The final version of the Pagani Zonda has left the factory and has been called the Pagani Zonda Revolucion. This is without a doubt the most extreme variant of the Zonda R and all the expertise from AMG has been used. The 6.0-litre V12 now pushes out an astonishing 800hp and 730Nm of torque. The total weight of the car is only 1070kg thanks to the monocoque which gives this Zonda a power to weight ratio of 748hp per tonne.

A 6-speed magnesium transversal and sequential gearbox transfers power to the wheels and gear changes are an instantaneous 20ms. The aerodynamics have clearly been revamped as the Revolucion gets new defelctors on the bonnet, vertical stabilaizer mounted on rear and a F1-style DRS fitted onto the rear wing. Brembo once again provide the stopping force and are capable of handling extreme track use. The car will be sold at a price tag of 2.2 million Euros so do not expect to see them all over the show…

Horacio Pagani, Owner and chief designer of Pagani Automobili:
“Limits are made to be overcome. We knew that Pagani Zonda R was already a fast car, the fastest ever on the Nuerburgring Nordschleife. We knew it would be very difficult to design and build a car that was even more extreme. But thanks to the creativity of our designers, engineers, and the whole Pagani family, we created a beautiful object and the fastest Pagani vehicle ever. A car that I am sure will electrify all our customers and fans all over the world.”
