Not sure if all of you know but Heico is Volvo’s high-performance partner and they have revealed the V40 T5 HPC. Clearly based on the AWD V40CC but comes with a significant performance boost thanks to upgrades such as a new turbocharger, intercooler, exhaust sytem and the new e.motion system (explained just now). So what does this get you? A decent 66hp increase over the standard 254hp.
What is quite exciting is if you activate the water-ethanol injection system via a button on the console, power is boosted to a very impressive 350hp. This allows the car to hit 100km/h in 5.6 seconds which I think makes it the fastest V40 in the world? Visually the car is lowered by 30mm, gets hit with a very toxic green wrap, Heico body kit and then the interior has been racified (I just made that word up). No word on prodcution yet but if you want one enough, I am sure Heico will help you out!
