    The Opel Astra OPC Extreme Packing Over 300 Horsepower

    We saw a teaser shot a few weeks back but now Opel has fully revealed the new Astra OPC Extreme which will be heading to Geneva Motor Show next week. It will apparently be the fastest road going Astra ever and seeing as it is 100kg lights than the regular OPC and the 2.0-litre turbocharged engine pushing more than 300 hp, this is no surprise. It gets better though because it is equipped with a 6-speed manual gearbox and a limited-slip diff. More power and less weight means a 0 to 100 km/h time of just 5.9 seconds. Do not expect it to be packed with goodies inside though because the interior has been stripped and you now get a roll bar and some Recaro racing seats.
