Pictures of the new Maserati sports car concept have appeared online before it debuts at the Geneva Motor Show tomorrow. It is called the Alfieri and reports indicate that it is positioned between the Porsche Cayman and the 911 and possibly a direct competitor to the Jaguar F-Type. Some reports are even indicating that this (in production form) could replace the Maserati GranTurismo. Maserati are targeting a kerb weight of less than 1400 kg which would mean that it may use the lightweight Alfa Romeo 4C platform as a base. Not much else is known about the car other than these images but expect some more information tomorrow.
