Bentley Continental GT3-R North American Debut At Pebble Beach

Bentley has announced their plans for the North American debut of the Continental GT3-R at Pebble Beach this weekend. Clearly drawing inspiration from the GT3 race car, this road-legal version gets a Glacier White paint job with green graphics. There is also a very present aerodynamic kit, some gloss black accents and lightweight alloy wheels. Inside the car you get a mixture of leather and Alcantara seats, carbon fibre trim and green accents just reminds you that you are inside something a little bit special. Thanks to the removal of the rear seat, the car weighs a healthy 100 kh less than the standard model which means the 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 can accelerate the car to 100 km/h in about 3.8 seconds. There will only be 99 of these cars headed to the United States and with pricing sitting at $337 000, it does not come cheap. Compared to the Bentley Continental GT V8 that I drove this must be a whole lat harsher and more raw.
