Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) has announced that they will be dropping the R-S badge for the new SVR moniker. Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) boss, John Edwards, has mentioned they will be phasing out the R-S badge in high-powered models for the new SVR badge which we have seen on the Range Rover Sport. Edwards went on to mention that the current range-topping Jaguar F-Type R Coupe will eventually be knocked off its perch by an SVR version which will pack more than 550 horsepower. This makes me very excited as I am a huge F-Type fan.
