Henrik Fisker’s own company has gone under but that has not stopped him with his urge to design. Last week we saw the first production example of the Fisker Galpin Rocket and now he is back with the Thunderbolt study. This is his take on the Aston Martin V12 Vanquish and it looks superb. “I wanted to create an elegant beautiful GT sports coupe, with pure emotional sculpture, that would stay timeless,” said Fisker, who pointed out that the Thunderbolt was “in no way affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Aston Martin”. The car has a redesigned body made out of carbon ans has been lowered by 15 mm. If you want one, you will have to ask really nicely but you will get something similar to the car rendering below in red.
