Ford tuning specialist, Mountune, have announced their ‘Phase 1’ upgrades for the new Focus RS. They are the easy mods to improve things like induction noise, reduce engine movement, performance increase and some interior and exterior changes. 19-inch OZ wheels are 1.5kg lighter than the stock rims and some upgraded hoses, air filters and a Quaife limited slip diff complete the upgrades. They did not share any details on the horsepower gains but they said that “the power and torque improvements are very noticeable, as is the reduction in 0-60mph time and other performance attributes”.
