We already know about the sub-brand from Aston Martin called AMR, and now they have just revealed special editions of their V8 and V12 Vantage cars under the brand.

AMR stands for Aston Martin Racing, the name of the British marque’s racing outfit established in 2004, and these cars are to celebrate their racing success.

We have already seen the Vantage AMR Pro thanks to the Geneva Motor Show but now you can order your Vantage AMR with either the 430 horsepower V8 or the 595 horsepower V12. These can be paired with either an auto or manual gearbox and your special edition car gets a special paint scheme too. Buyers can choose from white and orange, black and blue, blue and red or silver and grey.

If you want, you could opt for the ‘Halo Pack’ which gives you a Stirling Green paint job with lime green accents as well as a Union Jack Aston Martin badge at no extra cost.

Y will also get an interior to match the exterior combining different types of leather and Alcantara, plus contrasting coloured accents, to complement the various paint jobs.

Some of the options you can choose are; carbon fibre seats, carbon front grille, carbon mirror caps, door pulls and carbon instrument surrounds. You also have the option to change the alloy wheels to many different available finished and add a new aero kit to the car.

This adds a new front splitter and a fixed rear wing, both made from carbon fibre, and a titanium exhaust that saves 14kg over the standard system.

Worldwide production is limited to 300 units (100 V12’s and 200 V8’s) and you can order your Vantage AMR in Coupe or Roadster form with deliveries starting late this year.
