It’s no news that Mercedes is a luxurious brand which is very expensive as well. So have you ever heard of the 5 most expensive Mercedes ever?

The first time the company appeared was in 1926 under the name of Daimler AG, and since then it became one of the largest and most famous automobile manufacturers.

It’s based in Germany, and you can tell its quality just from the country it’s based in.

But quality means money, which is the case for this brand.

If you thought that The Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S 4-Door Coupe was expensive, then get ready, because in this article you’ll be looking at:

1954 Mercedes Formula 1 race car

This was probably the most expensive car to being sold; it’s a race car that’s been sold in the Bonham’s Auctions for £29.6M which is close to $30M.

It was driven by Juan Manuel Fangio which at the time was a five-time world champion.

Mercedes was able to rebuild its reputation thanks to this car and thanks to Fangio who drove it in the championship of 1954 and was able to win with it.

It’s a 1 single-seated 1954 formula racing car and it was sold for £29.65 million which is a record breaker for what Ferrari achieved in 2011.

Mercedes fights for quality right? But any car be it German or imported, might face trouble, so if you’re having problems with your German or import car, you might want to contact Arrowhead Imports for quality auto-repair.

    21936 Mercedes-Benz 540 K Special

It’s been known that this car was sought after by so many people and individuals that visited the auctions presenting Mercedes-Benz cars.

It was a prized possession of a German baroness who was considered as the most fashionable women of her time.

It was detained by the auction Gooding & Co after the baroness’s death in 1992 and was again sold years after until it’s restored again in 1998 by Gooding & Co.

In 2012, the car was sold for almost $12M as it was considered a rare jewel those days.

The Mercedes SLR McLaren 999 Red Gold Dream

For this car to be produced, it needed 35 men with total work hours of 30,000, and an investment of £3.4 million.

SLR McLaren Gold Dream is one of the most expensive cars in the world since it’s able to speed up to 100km/h in only 3 seconds with a 5.4-L V8 engine.

It’s also made out of gold dust, rubies and everything expensive, even the gilded taillight alone costs £15000 a piece.

This was the dream car of anything that’s in love with everything shiny which is why it was sold for $10 M.

    C112 Mercedes Benz concept

This car has certainly won its reputation for being the most expensive and most luxurious car in the world.

Mercedes outdid itself with this C112 Mercedes Benz; it was sold for $4 million for good reason.

It was a very exciting automobile and was considered as a supercar for its physique and abilities.

This car had a 6-L V12 engine and was able to reach 100 km/h in only 4.9 seconds; it also had a maximum speed of 312 km/h which was very high.

    CLK GTR AMG Roadster

This is the last car in our list, and certainly one of the most interesting ones.

It was produced in 1998/99 with only 30 examples in the world, it was certainly considered a beast car since it had 6.9-L V12 engine that enables the car to speed up to 320km/h.

It’s a luxurious car that few can have since it only has a few other examples in the world.

It was considered as one of the quickest accelerating cars since it was able to reach 100km in only 3.8 seconds.

For a special vehicle, comes a special price which is why it was sold for $3.5 for a lucky person. Remember you can make your Benz even safer with armormax Mercedes.
