The ACR version of the Dodge Viper returns and it is the fastest stree-legal track Viper ever made. It features aerodynamic and suspension upgrades, new carbon brakes and specifically-designed high-performance tyres. If you choose the most Extreme Aero package, you will be getting a kit that allegedly produces the highest downforce of any production car. At 285 km/h development engineers experienced nearly 1 ton of downforce!

The Extreme Aero package means you get a 1,876-mm wide adjustable dual-element rear wing, rear carbon fiber diffuser, unique SRT hood with removable louvers, detachable extension for the front splitter and four dive planes. This package produces three times the downforce than the Viper TA (Time Attack) package. Under the hood sits the monstrous 8.4-litre V10 pushing out 645 horses and 813 Nm of torque. This powerplant is mated to a Tremec TR6060 six-speed manual transmission which will be quite a handful when hammering this beast around a track. The car goes on sale in the 3rd quarter of this year but unfortunately we will not be seeing any as they are only LHD.
