It seems an official document has leaked online which reveals the specs of the 991 Porsche GT3 RS. The car will reportedly make use of a brand new 4.0-litre flat-six engine that will rev to 8800 rpm and pump out 500 horsepower. Power will be pushed to the rear wheels exclusively through a seven-speed PDK transmission and it will wear massive 21-inch shoes at the back for maximum grip. The track of the car is 36mm wider than the GT3 whilst the front is 50mm wider and the rear is 30mm wider. Obviously the car will go on diet but it will get a lightweight roof made from magnesium which sounds very cool. As we have seen in the teaser and spy shots, the car will also get side air intakes to provide the engine with extra cooling!
