A 37-year-old suspect is in custody after an early morning break-in at a San Francisco South of Market BMW dealership, according to the San Francisco Police Department. The suspect broke into the dealer and stole a frozen red BMW M3. Central Police Officers responded at about 5:23 a.m. to a call of an injury collision involving the new BMW at Mason and Post streets near the Ruby Skye nightclub. The suspect fled the scene after crashing into a parked vehicle where an occupant was sleeping, according to police. The man in the car was not seriously injured.
