ABT have finally taken the wraps off their take on the new Audi RS3 and put simply, it is mental. It is called the ABT RS3 450 and it offers 443 horses and 550 Nm of torque thanks to a specially developed ECU, larger intercooler and an optional exhaust with four pipes measuring 102mm. On the exterior, they have chosen a matte red pearlescent paint a black panel on the rear hatch and carbon-look details for their show car. The ride height was dropped by 30mm front and 25mm rear thanks to new springs while a set of 19-inch forged wheels wrapped in 235/35 Continentals complete the exterior changes. The cabin of ABT’s Audi RS3 is now full of black Alcantara, from the dashboard to the door panels, with the seats dressed in leather. What is a bit frustrating is that they did not give us any performance figures but with those output numbers, we can be pretty certain that this will be properly rapid.
