Mike Flewitt is the CEO of McLaren and recently he revealed some details about the upcoming Sport Series. Flewitt confirmed to Car&Driver that their entry-level model will carry the familiar “power-output-then-letter pattern” such as the 675LT. He then went on to say that it will be launched in two variants both starting with the number “5” and that the entry level car will have a C in its name and the higher performance car will have a S. Flewitt did mention that the company will eventually offer a Long Tail variant and confirmed that it would be priced against the Porsche 911 Turbo S.
