Audi won last year’s 24 Hours Nurburgring so to pay tribute to this, they have revealed a special edition of their flagship supercar. It goes by the name of R8 “Selection 24h” and will be based on the V10 Plus with a limited production run of 24 units. On the technical side of things it gets dynamic steering, adaptive damper control, magnetic ride and laser lighting. Cosmetically you can enjoy a tricolour paint with Suzuka gray as the basic color and Mythos black and Misano red highlights.

The carbon fibre pieces such as the front spoiler, rear wing, diffuser and side mirror caps are finished in gloss while the sideblades get a matte finish and sport the “r8 24h” logo. The car sits on 20-inch forged aluminum wheels, with a 10-spoke Y pattern. On the interior you get full-leather upholstery and trim in rotor gray colour with Alcantara headlining. No changes to the power output which means the V10 is good for 601 horsepower.

Audi will debut the R8 Selection 24h in the paddock at the 24 Hours Nurburgring. Orders can be placed for a starting price of $261,000.
