As we approach the Paris Motor Show at the end of this month, we will start seeing teasers and leaks and the latest teaser from Land Rover show’s off the full front end of the new Discovery. In true Discovery form it features high ground clearance, an imposing front grille and Range Rover-like styling. The styling is considerably different to the ‘boxy’ shape of the previous generation. The only facts we know is that it will use the aluminium monocoque from the Range Rover so it will be much lighter and it will be packed with the latest tech.

The Discovery will also be the first car in Land Rover’s line-up to get a SVX variant. For those who don’t know, that is the most extreme off-roading variant and equivalent to the SVR and SVA arms.
