The latest report states that the BMW i8 Spyder has been given the go ahead for production in Germany in 2015. It is not the biggest surprise considering we have seen the i8 Spyder Concept last year but what is a surprise is that apparently there was a private viewing of the production-spec car last week. It will remain identical to the i8 coupe under the hood and will likely make its world debut early in 2015.
