Maserati finally took the covers off their highly-anticipated new MC20 supercar last night which packs a powerful V6 and sports some fresh new styling.
It seems the Levante will be joined by Trofeo versions of the Ghibli and Quattroporte sedans.

Maserati themselves consider this MC20 to be the spiritual successor of the mighty MC12 so when it does arrive, it should be a full-blown supercar.
The Esteso widebody package results in the Levante growing in width by 10 cm at the front and 12 cm at the rear thanks to the sweeping front and rear fender flares.
The MC20 also indicates that Maserati plans to return to racing, just as it did with the MC12.
