I might as well continue with the Wörthersee thing and share with you something very interesting regarding the Amarok. What they will be bringing is a conceptual sports Amarok Pickup Truck which has a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 diesel under the bonnet. This is good for 268hp and 600Nme of torque. 100 km/h comes up in a respectable 7.9 seconds but it is in permanent all-wheel drive. The best part is the look of the concept. 60mm wider fenders hold the new 22″ wheels perfectly. New bumpers, rear diffuser with dual exhausts, carbon fibre front, side skirts and of course LED lights. The interior does not look like it belongs in an Amarok as it has been fitted with sports seats, carbon dashboard, sports steering wheel and then the awesome red accents all over.
