BMW have taken the M6 Coupe and given it a more distinctive racing appearance and called it the Competition Edition. The special edition is only available in Coupe form and it features a special paintwork, carbon components, leather upholstery with contrast stitching, the Competition Package and an uprated engine. The 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine now produces 592hp and 700Nm, allowing the vehicle with the optional M Driver’s Package to a top speed of 305 km/h. You can choose from two exterior paintwork colours; Alpine White and Austin Yellow metallic but if you opt for the white version, you get the decorative bodywork striping in the awesome M colours. The car sits on matte black 20 inch light-alloy wheels and the kidney grille, door handles and side gills are in black chrome, while the exterior mirror caps and M rear spoiler are in carbon fiber. Other details include the “M6 Competition” lettering on the door sills and side gill elements. This edition gets M multifunction seats for the driver and front passenger and the BMW Head-Up Display.
