This weekend say the Sasol Rally head to Nelspruit and things nearly went horribly wrong during stage 8 of the rally. The accident was caused by the Volkswagen of Henk Lategan after he over-cooked a corner and then rejoined the course without seeing Japie Van Niekerk coming flying around the corner in his Ford Fiesta. The footage shows just how close it was to being tragic but I can confirm that no spectators were injured during this incident.
