You dont get more unlucky or stupid (whichever way you look at it) to end up driving drunk and crashing into a mobile DUI (Driving Under Influence) unit. A 21 year old man rear ended the unit last weekend while doing almost 80km/h. It is safe to say that he was caught in the act.
