The SCG003 has set a new lap record around the Nurburgring Nordschleife. The company shared an Instagram post which stated the model lapped the track in 6:42 with weight ballasts and a restricted engine. They went on to say that the SCG003 should eventually “kiss 6:30 on street tires.” With all this being said, Koenigsegg are also after the record and insiders have hinted at a time of around 6:30 as well.
