Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo Is Official

Porsche has debuted the new Panamera Sport Turismo ahead of the Geneva Motor Show and as you can see, it stays true to the 2012 concept by adding some extra-practicality and style to the second-gen Panamera family.

The differences in styling between this and the regular Panamera models are very noticeable. Starting at the B-Pillar and moving backwards, the roofline stretches much further back than in the sedan and at a less acute rake. This has two benefits; increased headroom for rear seat passengers as well as style lines that allows for greater luggage space. Like the regular Panamera, it comes with an active rear spoiler and operates in three different modes depending on the speed and driving settings.

So what variants will be offered? To start, there will be five options which include; the Panamera 4, Panamera 4S, Panamera 4S Diesel, Panamera 4 E-Hybrid and Panamera Turbo. The range-topper Turbo Sport Turismo pushes out 542 horsepower from the twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8.

PS: If you look carefully you will notice these press shots were taken in Cape Town 😉
