Leicester City Players Given BMW i8’s For Premier League Win

Leicester City pulled off one of the biggest miracles in football history when they won the English Premier League just a couple of months back and to say thank you, Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha (club’s chairman) bought each player a BMW i8. He is worth almost $3 billion so parting with around $2 million to buy 19 i8’s won’t even make a dent in his wallet. The 19 cars handed over to the players were spec’d almost identically, painted in what looks like Protonic Blue. The only element distinguishing some of the cars from the outside are different alloy wheels which could prove fairly tricky when it comes to finding your car after practice. They are footballers after all so expect a few of them to get some radical upgrades / cosmetic changes.
