    BMW X5 Gets Boost And Makeover From Kelleners Sport

    The last I heard from Kelleners Sport was when they tuned the radical BMW 1M in 2011 but now we get something fresh and it is their new tuning program for the new BMW X5. On the exterior, the car is equipped with widebody kit which includes extended wheel arches, wider rear skirt and a completely new front spoiler. If you decide, you can also ask them to equip your ride with a stainless-steel sports exhaust system, sport springs (lower ride height by 30mm) and some massive 22″ alloy wheels. No interior pictures were released but they company has said you can choose anything from leather upholstery to carbon or wood trim. Kelleners does indeed fiddle with the engine and thanks to their KS Power 35 and KS Power 50 modules you can achieve the following increases;

    • xDrive30d – 32kW and 95 Nm of torque increase
    • xDrive35i – 38kW and 68 Nm of torque increase
    • xDrive50i – 56kW and 111 Nm of torque increase
    I have to be totally honest, the styling is not my cup of tea but the performance boosting most certainly is. Maybe a Hamann kit combined with a Kelleners Sport module would be the most ideal X5 setup.
