BMW has just unveiled the facelifted 2 Series and to celebrate, they have now introduced the M240i M Performance Edition.

It has been designed to “express the athletic appeal of the compact sport coupe,” the M240i M Performance Edition features an Alpine White exterior which contrasts with an assortment of black and carbon fiber M Performance parts.

A splitter, carbon side skirts, carbon mirror caps, 19-inch alloys and a carbon fibre rear spoiler are among many additions to the little M240i.

335 horses come from the 3.0-litre TwinPower Turbo six-cylinder and you can choose manual or eight-speed auto. 0 to 100 km/h happens in just 4.4 seconds and will go on to a top speed of 250 km/h.

Production is limited to 750 units and it will go on sale in July this year. Pretty sure we will get a handful in South Africa.
