3 Reasons The 2019 Nissan Maxima Will Be The Best Model Yet

The Nissan Maxima is the perfect blend of style, affordability, and luxury. As Nissan’s only full-size “executive” car, the Maxima has always been one of the most popular models sold by the automaker, especially after the 8th generation was released in 2015.

The current generation of the Nissan Maxima has been redone completely, with a more sporty look and powertrain, and refreshed interior that sets it apart from the 7th generation. And, later this year, the latest Nissan Maxima will come out – and it will be the best model yet.

Why? Let’s look at a few reasons, based on what we know about the 2019 Maxima, and on the current features of the 2018 Nissan Maxima.

    1. A New, “Edgier” Exterior Design

Many automakers have begun making their larger family cars with a more sporty and “edgy” design. This may be, in part, because many families have shifted to SUVs and crossovers, and sedans can be set apart from these vehicles with a more sporty design.

Nissan’s competitors have already done this. Cars like the 2018 Toyota Camry and 2018 Honda Accord have sportier, more aggressive designs – so we can expect the 2019 Nissan Maxima to follow suit.

In the images and renders released by the company, we can see the results of this. The Maxima will have a large and aggressive, black front grille designed to maximize airflow. The headlights are high on the body and very angular, and the daytime running lights help create a unique front facade.

Sweeping body lines engulf the sides of the Maxima, and an optional black roof or full-length moonroof adds contrast with the rest of the vehicle’s body.

In the rear, a quadruple-pipe exhaust helps emphasize the sportiness of the Nissan Maxima, and sweeping, redesigned taillights integrate perfectly into the new design. With a low stance and eye-catching alloy wheels, the 2019 Nissan Maxima is sure to please anyone looking for a practical, yet sporty family car.

    1. Innovative Comfort And Safety Features

We can expect the 2019  Maxima to come with the same host of comfort and safety features included with the 2019 model.

This includes a large touchscreen-based infotainment system, and the Nissan Intelligent Mobility Suite, with features like automatic emergency braking, a backup camera, blind spot warning, cross traffic alerts, and more.

And, like the 2018 model, the 2019 Maxima will offer both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, allowing you to easily link your smartphone, and use voice commands to control your device.

As far as comfort goes, the 2019 Nissan Maxima will be available with the same sumptuous  Alcantara leather interior as the 2018 model, with other comfort features including remote start, climate-controlled seats, and intelligent climate control.

    1. A Powerful Powertrain For Great Performance

The 2019 Nissan Maxima will be built with the same powertrain as the previous 2018 model. This means that there is an available 3.5 liter V6 engine, which develops 300 horsepower, and delivers a 0-60 speed of just 5.7 seconds. In addition, Nissan is expected to revise the CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) and improve it further, which may improve performance.

You can likely expect similar fuel consumption as the 2018 model, which achieved EPA-estimated numbers of 21 mpg city, and 30 mpg highway. There are also rumors of a potential hybrid version, and an available AWD transmission.

Make Sure You Know The Details About The 2019 Maxima – And Start Planning Your Purchase Today!

The 2019 Maxima is sure to be a luxurious and advanced, yet practical and affordable family sedan. With a sporty design and great performance, the 2019 Maxima is sure to be popular as soon as it is introduced later this year.

So keep an eye out for news and updates about the 2019 Maxima, and start thinking about reserving your own Maxima today. You wouldn’t want to miss out!
